 This website is dedicated to the memory of my mother, Betty B. Hightower, who sacrificed and persevered in order to provide a better life for me and my sister. I also say thank God for blessing me with my lovely wife Jackie and our three children Lawton, Asia, and J.Rosa.

This site provides information (audio, video) about my courses at Florida A&M University, current and past research projects, marketing news, scholarly articles, Maximum Velocity Motorcycle Club, careers, and motorcycle drag racing by the www.horsepowershop drag race team. We also will provide information about the Epsilon Psi Chapter of Pi Sigma Epsilon Sales and Marketing International Business Fraternity (PSE) chartered November 16, 2005 on FAMU's campus. FAMU Baseball Extra Credit Due 4/14/08

Hello to all those in all marketing classes!! We have three baseball players in my classes and we want to support their efforts against Mercer University on 4/8 or 4/9 this week. You can attend either game and complete a two page double spaced typed write up that ties your class' cha[ter 9 to the event at Moore Kittles Field. You must attend the game in order to complete this assignment that is due in class on 4/14/08. The alternative assignment for the principles of marketing course is to answer the questions from chapter 9 on page 299 of your text book (Marketing Concepts: Testing Your Knowledge). For the Sport, Recrteation, and Entertainment Class you are to answer the questions on page 274 (#1-8) and on 275 (#1-5) for a total of 13 questions answered if you are unable to attend either actual game. This opportunity is to be completed by yourself for yourself. Handle yourselves accordingly. Dr. Hightower
